Easy to find and only 10 minutes walk from the train station, and 15-20 minutes walk from central Zamora. Lovely well-presented room with everything I could have needed (shower stuff, toothbrush etc.) Air-conditioning worked great even in the warmth of early September, and the curtains blocked the light and heat really well too, making the room a cool, comfortable retreat in the afternoon. I was in-and-out a lot and there was always a friendly face saying "Hola!" behind the desk which I found so welcoming as I was travelling alone. All the staff I interacted with spoke English and were really helpful when I had questions about the city.

The hotel is nice and clean, and the reception welcomes the guests with free coffee, water, and snacks, very kind and makes the guests feel really special. The room is normal size, and the bathroom also, the bed are very comfortable. Not within walking distance of the old city, but we were traveling by car so no issue. Very nice small bars and coffee shops exactly opposite, with very good menus and low prices

Breakfast was good. There could have been a bigger selection of fruit. The staff were extremely helpful. The location of the hotel was just a nice distance from the city centre.

All the staff were very helpful on arrival. Car parking below hotel reserved as requested and easily accessible after check-in. Our room was a good size and had complementary water as well as tea and coffee available in the room. Plenty of really hot water in high pressure shower/bath. Very nice coffee available for breakfast in little cafe directly opposite.

Comfy bed.. staff helpful...nice room..but needed someone to go fix the wallpaper that was lifting of the walls in quite a few places in our room. loved the bathroom..

Short walk from railway station and map provided by helpful reception staff who pointed out best route, distances and things to see in town. Room was great especially bathroom size. Excellent breakfast too!
